Job Summary
Provide personal care services, household support, and companion care to adults following a written plan of care by a registered nurse. Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, and toileting; prepare meals; and perform light housekeeping. Support patient mobility through range of motion exercises, ambulation assistance, and transfers using mechanical lifting devices. Remind clients of medication schedules and help them maintain independence at home. Travel to clients' homes in designated counties as assigned. Full-time, part-time, per-diem, and on-call shifts available with weekly pay and 24/7 clinical support.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to travel to clients' homes as assigned
- Previous home health care or patient care welcomed, but not required
