Job Summary
Conduct activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, oral feeding, and assisting with ambulation. Perform light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and bed making. Monitor vital signs such as temperature, pulse, and respiration. Execute range of motion exercises and manage transfers using mechanical lifting devices. Provide medication assistance under supervision. Complete the required 40-hour Home Health Aide Training Class before providing care to adults in Assistive Care State Programs. Work flexible schedules with short commute times while maintaining 24/7 on-call clinical manager support.
