Job Summary
Conduct personal care, household support, and companion services for adults following a registered nurse's written plan of care. Perform activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, and toileting; prepare meals and assist with range of motion exercises. Check vital signs and assist with ambulation using mechanical lifting devices as needed. Travel to clients' homes in Southern New Castle, Kent, and Sussex counties on a per visit basis. Maintain at least one year of work experience and hold a recognized CNA training course or 75-hour Home Health Aide certification.
