Job Summary
In-home health care role delivering Home Health Aide services as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care), mobility and transfers using mechanical lifting devices, range-of-motion exercises, oral feeding, vital sign checks, medication assistance, and light home-management tasks (laundry, meal preparation, bed making). Works visiting clients throughout Monmouth County with flexible scheduling, reliable transportation required, and mileage reimbursed.
Required Qualifications
- Have at least one year of work experience
- Must be listed on the NJ Nurse Aide Registry, active and in good standing
- Demonstrate an ability to read, write, and effectively communicate in English
- Pass the BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination
- Have a criminal background check completed
- Meet all state requirements
