Job Summary
Provide in-home personal care and assistance to clients, including light housekeeping, errands, meal preparation, grocery shopping, and transportation; assist with bathing, dressing, mobility, and incontinence care; offer companionship to promote emotional well-being; provide medication reminders; document daily activities and changes in client condition. Requires a High School Diploma or GED; valid driver’s license and transportation; HHA/CNA training preferred but not required; open availability; background check; prior CNA/PCA/Homemaker/Companion experience a plus. TRAINING is provided for those without certificated credentials, and benefits, flexible scheduling, and a supportive team culture are emphasized.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation (required)
- HHA Certificate or CNA License preferred, but not required — we provide training
- Open availability strongly preferred
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Previous experience as a CNA, PCA, Homemaker, or Companion is a plus
