Job Summary
Provide personal care and assistance to clients in their homes, including light housekeeping, errands, meal prep, grocery shopping, and transportation. Deliver personal care such as bathing, dressing, mobility support, and incontinence care, plus companionship to promote emotional well-being. Administer medication reminders as needed and document daily activities and client well-being. Must have a High School Diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license; HHA/CNA training is provided if not already held. Flexible scheduling and ongoing training opportunities support a caregiver-focused, family-oriented team atmosphere.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation (required)
- HHA Certificate or CNA License preferred, but not required — we provide training!
- Open availability strongly preferred
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Previous experience as a CNA, PCA, Homemaker, or Companion is a plus
