Job Summary
Provide high-quality personal care and services to residents at GracePointe Crossing, supporting their personally designed living choices while adhering to regulations and best practices. Engage in person-directed and resident-directed practice to foster a supportive, empowering community environment. Maintain consistency with established protocols and collaborate with the close-knit team to enrich the lives of older adults. Work full-time or part-time schedules including PM shifts, with eligibility for health, dental, and retirement benefits. As a faith-based nonprofit, join a ministry focused on compassion and fellowship to serve over 26,000 residents annually.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers
- Demonstrated competencies in person-directed, elder/resident-directed practice
- Demonstrated competencies in home building
- Demonstrated competencies in critical thinking
- Demonstrated competencies in teamwork
- Demonstrated competencies in self leadership
- Demonstrated competencies in interpersonal effectiveness
