Home Health Aide

Assist patients with daily activities including moving in and out of beds, bathing, or using wheelchairs. Provide personal care by changing linens, doing laundry, and cleaning the home. Administer medications and immunizations while maintaining detailed records of patient condition and progress to report to supervisors. Build relationships with patients through conversation or reading aloud to support mental health and alertness. Engage patients in exercises and other activities tailored to their needs. This role requires a driver's license, CPR certification, and graduation from an accredited Home Health Aide program.
