Job Summary
Provide in-home health care to clients in Allentown and surrounding areas. Responsibilities include personal care assistance, hygiene and dressing, incontinence care and mobility support, companionship and emotional support, meal planning and preparation, light housekeeping, errands and transportation, medication reminders, and care documentation. Must have CNA certification or be able to complete agency competency test, and hold a valid driver’s license with ability to travel. Flexible scheduling with full-time or part-time options; day shifts, evenings, weekends. Emphasizes compassionate, reliable caregiving and client-centered care.
Required Qualifications
- Two-step TB test, TSPOT, or chest X-ray
- Completion of state competency test provided by the agency, or a valid CNA license
- Valid Driver’s license and the ability to travel for work
- Reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor
