Job Summary
Provide the highest quality of care to Allegiant Home Care clients by assisting with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and daily tasks. Perform basic health care services including monitoring and recording vital signs, and help with general light housekeeping. Ensure client needs are met regarding safety, well-being, and satisfaction using the provided Plan of Care. This role requires Home Health Aide Certification and involves 12-hour shifts across day and night rotations, Monday through Friday with weekend availability. Base pay ranges from $19.65 to $21.32 per hour, with differentials available. The employer offers free PPE, weekly pay, and benefits like medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Certified Dementia Specialist training is available for free, along with a free transition and upgrade from a PCA to an HHA.
