Job Summary
Provide compassionate home health care as a Home Health Aide across multiple New York locations. Assist clients with daily living activities including personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and routine health monitoring such as vital signs, while performing light housekeeping. Be part of a care team delivering high-quality support per Plan of Care, with flexible 12-hour shifts (day or night) and a self-determined schedule.
