Home Health Aide

Home Health Aide needed to work one-on-one with patients in their homes, following a care plan and providing personal care, assistance with daily activities (transfers, baths, mobility), housekeeping tasks, medication administration, and engagement through conversations or reading to support mental alertness. Maintains patient care records, reports observations to supervisor, and builds trusting relationships with patients. Requires effective verbal and written communication; prior Home Health or Hospice experience is a plus. Requires a background check, a High School Diploma or GED, a smartphone with internet access, and a 2-step TB test. Flexible scheduling and signing bonus offered.
