Job Summary
Provide the highest quality of care to Allegiant Home Care clients by assisting with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and daily tasks. Perform basic health care services including monitoring and recording vital signs, while handling general light housekeeping duties. Ensure client safety, well-being, and satisfaction in accordance with the Plan of Care. Work 12-hour shifts across day and night rotations (7am-7pm, 7pm-7am, 8am-8pm, 8pm-8am) with Monday through Friday availability, including weekends, on a self-determined schedule. Differentials are available for extended shifts.
