Job Summary
Direct Care Worker (Home Health Aide) to support participants in their homes with dignity and compassion. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, light housekeeping, running errands, providing transportation if needed, accompanying clients to appointments and helping with medications, preparing meals, personal care (toileting, bathing, feeding, grooming), and offering companionship to promote client well-being. Flexible schedules available (part-time or full-time) with training conducted via mobile app and Zoom. Must be 18+ with ability to pass a background check and lift up to 25 pounds. Bilingual Spanish section included in posting. Location: Allentown, PA ( onsite).
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must be able to complete a Criminal Background report
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds at a time
- Ability to reach, bend, kneel and stand for (sometimes) a long period of time
