Job Summary
Provide hands-on, in-home care for older adults within LifeCircles PACE. Assist with ADLs (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting), housekeeping tasks, mealtime support, mobility and safe transfers, vital signs, and monitoring of conditions. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while delivering compassionate care; report changes to the interdisciplinary team. Requires HHA or CNA per state requirements, high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. This is a full-time role (40 hours/week) with a schedule of 11:00 AM–7:30 PM, Monday–Friday with alternating weekends/holidays; location Muskegon, MI.
