Job Summary
Provide personal care, household support, and companion services to adults following a written plan of care. Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, and toileting, while preparing meals and administering medication reminders. Support mobility through range of motion exercises, ambulation assistance, and transfers using mechanical lifting devices. Travel to clients' homes in designated counties to deliver one-on-one care focused on safety, independence, and dignity. Flexible schedules available for full-time, part-time, per-diem, and on-call roles with 24/7 clinical support and weekly pay.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to travel to clients' homes as assigned
- Previous home health care or patient care
- A passion for caregiving and a desire to help others
- A commitment to being present and providing quality care
- Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect
- The commitment to deliver patient care as you would want those you love to be treated, with compassion, excellence, and reliability
