Job Summary
Assist patients with activities of daily living including personal hygiene, ambulation, dressing, and meal preparation. Perform housekeeping tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, and laundry while accompanying clients on errands or medical appointments. Execute patient-specific activities taught by nurses, including medication reminders, range of motion exercises, diet preparation, and incontinence care. Requires three years of caregiving experience, a valid driver's license, and English proficiency. Schedule includes Mondays and Saturdays from 10 AM to 2 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Three years of experience as a Caregiver/Home Health Aide in healthcare (in homes or facilities)
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job
- Possess a valid driver's license and insured automobile
Desired Qualifications
- High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate preferred
