Job Summary
Conduct activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, nail care, oral feeding, and assisting with ambulation. Perform range of motion exercises, transfers, and use mechanical lifting devices for patient care. Manage light housekeeping tasks while maintaining the highest standards of excellence in pediatric home care. Work flexible schedules with short commute times in Meadville or Conneautville, PA. Requires 18 years of age and verifiable work experience or approved 75-hour training course.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age
- Minimum one year verifiable work experience in a hospital, nursing home, community health agency, private-duty home care case, or completion of Medical-Surgical clinical rotation in nursing school
- Have at least one year of verifiable work experience in an unrelated field and have successfully completed a 75 hour Home Health Aide training course approved by BAYADA Home Health Care Clinical Standards and Leadership
- Current CNA license listed in good standing (when applicable)
