Job Summary
Provide hands-on care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and transportation to clients with disabilities, chronic illnesses, and children in their own homes. Assist with activities of daily living, toileting, and bedtime routines while ensuring services are delivered respectfully per agency policies. Manage client-specific needs ranging from Parkinson's management to post-stroke recovery and pediatric behavioral support. Maintain valid driver's license and insurance, pass background checks, and complete paid training. Flexible scheduling available across Twin Cities locations.
Required Qualifications
