Job Summary
The Home Health Aide/CNA works under the supervision of a Care Manager to provide personal care, comfort measures, and environmental services for patients. Responsibilities include assisting with personal hygiene needs, ambulation, exercise, and reporting changes in clients' conditions to the supervising Registered Nurse. This role requires knowledge of patient care principles and the ability to maintain safety standards while ensuring clean and orderly environments. The position involves driving for home care visits and may require work on weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Nurse Aid (CNA) - Virginia Department of Health Professions (VDHP) (Required)
- Drives personal vehicle for RHS business 25% or more of the time
Desired Qualifications
- Prior Nurse Aide work experience in a home care setting (Preferred)
