Job Summary
Assist the Chief Operations Officer with daily company functions, including intake and scheduling clients with caregivers. Manage the hiring process for caregivers and staff by recruiting, screening, interviewing, and providing orientation and training. Handle service inquiry calls to schedule in-home assessments, track prospect progress, perform assessments, and convert new prospects into clients. Conduct marketing activities through community events, phone, and written communication to attract clients and increase advertising reach. Maintain up-to-date staff manuals, policies, procedures, and the Quality Improvement program. Requires good physical and mental health, stability to handle stress, and the ability to drive a vehicle. Experience required.
