Job Summary
Manage coding, cash posting, electronic and manual billing, and credit balance resolution while reconciling suspense accounts and reporting reimbursement variances. Identify errors in reimbursement processes, resolve posting errors, and ensure Home Health compliance with state and federal guidelines. Research and resolve patient inquiries, handle third-party assignments and estate claims, and document actions from county welfare departments. Troubleshoot to meet patient, family, and administrative expectations while administering policies according to federal guidelines. Complete required continuous training and assist in developing departmental annual strategies. Work 80 hours bi-weekly.

Desired Qualifications
- Three to five years of billing, collection, cash posting, general data entry and coding experience within a hospital and/or medical setting
