Job Summary
Home Health Account Executive responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals and referral sources, conducting presentations and educational sessions to promote home health services, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the local market, collaborating with clinical teams to ensure quality patient care and satisfaction, monitoring industry trends and competitor activities, preparing sales reports and forecasts, attending networking events and community outreach programs to enhance visibility, and ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies in sales practices.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in healthcare sales or account management (preferably in home health)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Medicaid regulations and home health industry standards
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel within the area
- Compassionate demeanor and commitment to patient care
