Job Summary
Conduct residential and commercial pest control services, crawling through tight crawlspaces and operating under all weather conditions while applying chemicals per label instructions. Manage a territory of 14–20 daily locations by driving a company vehicle, removing webs, and educating clients on prevention strategies. Actively upsell additional termite and service treatments through direct engagement and door-to-door prospecting. Document all job details in the CRM system and maintain equipment while adhering to strict safety protocols. Work Monday through Saturday with overtime eligibility, requiring a valid driver's license and willingness to relocate.
Required Qualifications
- Comfortable working outdoors, under houses, and in confined or tight spaces
- Must be responsible, self-motivated, and dedicated to delivering quality work
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to thrive in a coaching and feedback-driven environment
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday; overtime eligibility applicable
- Reasonable commute to service region or willingness to relocate before start date required
- Valid driver's license required
- Must maintain a driving record that meets Go-Forth's motor vehicle record (MVR) standards throughout employment
- Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle, in accordance with company insurance requirements
