The Home Finding Specialist serves as the initial point of contact for prospective residents, handling inbound calls, providing general information about property availability, and guiding callers to Home Finding Consultants or an online rental application portal. The role aims for one-call resolution, delivers exceptional customer service, and maintains accurate records of interactions and outcomes to support follow-up and reporting. Responsibilities include assisting with self-guided showings and directing applicants to the online rental application portal, while ensuring compliance with company policies and standard protocols.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Proven experience in customer service
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Basic knowledge of maintenance and property management is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Motivated to achieve service excellence
