Job Summary
Home Exterior Advisor responsible for running company-provided leads and self-generated referrals, inspecting roofs and exteriors, delivering written Roof Report Card outcomes, presenting value-first proposals for materials, warranties, and financing, and handling storm/insurance-related jobs. You will build referral relationships with realtors, insurance agents, and past customers, represent the company at events, and drive revenue through a combination of company leads and your own pipeline. Requires ability to access roofs for inspections, present and negotiate, maintain CRM records, and hit monthly revenue targets with a 30%+ close rate target. Flexible work-from-home options available within Saint Charles County, MO territory.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years in outside sales
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Reliable vehicle for daily appointments across the territory
- Able to pass a background check
- Able to safely access and inspect roofs
- You can run a CRM (JobNimbus), Office, and Google Workspace
- You can run both a retail value sale and an insurance claim without losing the homeowner
- You are organized and you do not need to be chased
