Receive and evaluate documentation for loan applications while interacting with customers to ensure necessary information is obtained, complete, and accurate. Enter clear, concise comments, edit information, and document application status on appropriate loan systems. Resolve documentation issues for new loan applications by contacting customers, loan officers, and branches to obtain routine loan documentation, including property titles, appraisals, flood certifications, and income documents. Make welcome calls on new files and follow the department's call cadence to ensure customers are directly and well informed of all aspects of their line in process. Document call cadence contacts and results in the system of record to maintain awareness of file status. Apply bank, state, and federal regulations to ensure compliance with Fair Lending and Reg B. Provide on-the-job training for newly hired processors. Work Monday through Friday, four days in Johnston, RI.
