Job Summary
Process and disburse Home Equity products in a timely manner; review loan terms for accuracy and ensure documentation and closing requirements are met; coordinate flow of loan documents, verify employment and income, review title reports, and communicate decisions to members; maintain knowledge of required loan documents, regulatory guidelines, and internal policies; assist in training less experienced processors and contribute to workflow improvements while providing professional member service and cross-selling opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree required
- College degree or equivalent work experience required
- Must be actively registered with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS)
