Job Summary
Review loan documents from members and third-party vendors to satisfy conditions including income, title, and appraisal reports. Communicate daily with members to provide updates and expectations throughout the loan process. Educate members on Home Equity products and assist with all inquiries while utilizing internal dashboards to maintain service levels. Collaborate with team members in Home Equity and other business areas, participate in regular pipeline reviews with management, and assist with coverage to maintain member communication. This role supports FourLeaf's mission to provide best-in-class member experiences through flexible work options.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years of experience in finance processing
- Experience analyzing personal and business tax returns and calculating variable income
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Spanish speaking
Desired Qualifications
- preferred experience in real estate lending
