Job Summary
The Home Delivery Operations Coordinator will support day-to-day coordination of home delivery fulfillment activities, including order staging, bagging accuracy, route preparation, and communication with fulfillment teams, drivers, customer service, and leaders to maintain on-schedule delivery execution and uphold food-safety standards; responsibilities include monitoring workflow, assisting with training, ensuring order readiness and accuracy, coordinating with internal partners, and supporting process improvements in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in fulfillment, warehouse, logistics, food production, retail operations, or delivery environments preferred
- Prior experience in a lead, coordinator, or high-volume operational support role preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with operational teams
- Experience with operational systems, fulfillment software, or delivery platforms preferred
- Food production, meal delivery, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred
