Deliver groceries by driving a 3.5 tonne van to customers’ doorsteps, ensuring on-time, safe deliveries and secure, well-organized delivery cases. Provide excellent customer service, handle substitutions and questions, and share product knowledge and promotions. When not out delivering, assist across the store as needed. Must be proficient in handling a large vehicle through varied locations, adapt to a fast-paced, physical environment, and use initiative while contributing to a team. Training includes using new digital tools and technology, with capabilities to move shopping containers up to 15 kg. Notes include in-cab AI cameras to monitor driver safety and compliance.
