Deliver groceries in a 3.5 tonne van to customers' doorsteps, on-time and in a great condition; perform van checks to ensure roadworthiness and secure delivery cases before driving; assist customers with substitutions and answer questions, keeping them informed of delays; build product knowledge to offer recommendations; assist across the store when not delivering; thrive in a fast-paced, physical environment, use initiative to solve problems, and work both independently and as part of a team; comfortable using new digital tools and technology and capable of moving shopping containers up to 15kg.
