Deliver groceries by a 3.5-tonne van to customers' doorsteps, ensuring on-time delivery and the vehicle is roadworthy. Perform checks to keep the van organized, clean and secure before delivery. Serve customers with questions and substitutions, and share knowledge about products, services and promotions to provide recommendations. When not delivering, assist across the store. Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment, and use initiative to solve problems both solo and as part of a team. Be ready to work flexibly and learn new skills with training, and move shopping containers up to 15kg. Note: the role may involve safety measures such as in-cab AI cameras to monitor driving and ensure compliance with road laws and defensive driving standards.
