Job Summary
Conduct case intake and management by answering phones, interviewing clients, gathering documentation, and presenting cases to attorneys. Perform housing counseling, financial analysis, budgeting, and action planning for low and moderate-income homeowners. Assist with document preparation, discovery, depositions, and hearings while reviewing applications for loss mitigation options like loan modifications. Manage data and files by entering information into the database, scanning documents, and organizing archives. Ensure grant compliance by preparing periodic reports and conducting deed and lien searches. Maintain a community outreach schedule and educate the public on housing rights.
