Job Summary
Conduct local intermodal container transport within a 150-mile radius, handling 100% no-touch freight including live loads, preloads, and drop-and-hook operations. Operate slip-seat daycabs with occasional ramp waits for container flips, maintaining a solid 55 to 70 weekly hours averaging 10–12 hours per shift. Work Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday, with weekend and holiday dispatch options available. Earn weekly gross between $1,500 and $1,700 based on CPM, stop pay, and mileage. Must reside within 25 miles of the yard, hold a valid Class A CDL with three months verifiable experience, and possess a clean driving record.
Required Qualifications

- Reside within 25 miles of the dispatch yard
- Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience
- Solid driving record
- Clean work history
- Must be able to pull heavy pallets
- Must be able to handle container transport

- Must be able to mount containers onto DOT-legal chassis
- Must be available for weekend work
