Job Summary
Coordinate the overall operation of the residential facility, supervise residential support staff, ensure individualized service plans for residents are developed and updated timely, oversee medication administration and inventory, ensure site audits and licensing compliance, maintain safe and healthy environment, prepare interim and summary reports, and manage daily site operations including emergency readiness and driving requirements. Requires an Associate's Degree in Human Services or related field (or equivalent experience) and 2-4 years of supervisory experience; must have computer skills (Microsoft Suite) and a valid driver’s license; physical capacity to perform duties.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Human Services or a closely related field, or equivalent years of experience in MH/MR
- At least two to four years of supervisory experience
- Computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Suite
- Ability to coordinate daily operations and ensure a safe, healthy environment for residents
- Ability to oversee administration of medications per state and agency regulations
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Flexibility to report to work during emergencies including inclement weather
