Job Summary
Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers, resolve customer inquiries, update and utilize the CRM platform, and contribute to a high-performing team. The role requires a proven residential sales track record, strong communication skills, the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, reliable transportation, and a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences as part of Reliance Home Comfort’s growth in Canada.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of sales experience in residential B2C (business-to-consumer) sales
- strong communication skills (verbal/written)
- ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- reliable transportation
- commitment to delivering excellent customer experience
- ability to develop and deliver informative presentations
