Job Summary
Home Comfort Advisor at Reliance Home Comfort in Winnipeg, MB. You will present/sell company products and services to new and existing customers, resolve customer inquiries and complaints, and update the CRM platform. The role emphasizes a growth-minded, dependable, and customer-focused sales professional with 2+ years of B2C residential sales experience, strong presentation and communication skills, time management, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. You’ll join a large Canadian home services provider offering training, career progression, a supportive team, and benefits, with opportunities to engage customers across energy-efficient solutions like water heaters, furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and EV chargers. Must have reliable transportation and a professional presence.
Required Qualifications
- Ideally possesses at least 2 years’ experience and a proven track record of successful sales experience within the business to consumer market in residential sales
- Self-motivated, results-driven and highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Possess a strong commitment to providing an excellent customer experience by providing a thorough, informative presentation that distinguishes us from our competition
- Must be able to work a flexible work schedule that regularly includes evening and weekend appointments
- Must have reliable transportation
- Possess a positive and professional presence, exceptional verbal/written communication skills
