Job Summary
Meet with clients to assess needs and present tailored whole home solutions for HVAC, ventilation, and water systems. Source new leads, re-engage existing ones, and use follow-up strategies to secure contracts. Evaluate home layouts to recommend equipment, prepare accurate proposals using specialized software, and design HVAC systems. Assist HVAC specialists by contacting customers, performing in-home consultations, providing quotes, writing proposals and contracts, and designing systems. Communicate proper operation and maintenance to homeowners and answer questions regarding features and functions. Maintain company vehicle cleanliness and organization. Work nights and weekends on a rotating basis to service emergency customer needs. This 100% commission role rewards performance with limitless growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 5 years of in-home sales experience with a proven track record of success
- Understanding of HVAC components, building codes, and energy efficiency
- Ability to properly engineer a job, perform heat load calculations and determine proper equipment sizing
- Must pass MVR screening and maintain a good driving record
- Must be able to follow directions and work independently
- Ability to read, write and speak in English
- Must be available to work nights and weekends, on a rotating basis, to service emergency needs of our customers
- Must be able to correctly differentiate between colors
- Must be proficient in the use of smart phones, tablets and other mobile devices
