Job Summary
Home Comfort Advisor (HCA) conducts in-home consultations to advise homeowners on HVAC solutions, guiding choices based on comfort, efficiency, and budget. Responsibilities include meeting homeowners, recommending system options, explaining pricing, financing, warranties, and rebates, managing a sales pipeline with company-generated appointments and referrals, following up post-sale, and consistently meeting or exceeding targets through ethical, professional selling. Requires strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, proficiency with basic computer systems and CRM, and flexibility to work days/evenings/weekends. 3+ years of business-to-consumer sales is preferred; prior HVAC experience is not required as comprehensive training is provided. This is a 100% commission-based field sales opportunity with uncapped earning potential in a national organization.
