Job Summary
Provide person-centred care to older adults in the Cheltenham and North Cotswolds area, specifically during morning shifts from 07.00am to 10.00am Monday through Friday and weekends. Deliver support to clients who wish to continue living in their own homes while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Utilize a driving license and access to a vehicle for travel to and from calls, with reimbursement of 40p per mile. Complete required training in Moving and Handling, Medication, Safeguarding, and Emergency First Aid, with access to specialist courses in Dementia, Palliative Care, and Parkinson's. Earn a competitive hourly wage of £14.00 on weekdays and £14.75 on weekends, plus enhancements for bank holidays and paid training time.
