Job Summary
Assist clients with personal care, hygiene, meal preparation, and light housekeeping while accompanying them on outings and managing errands. Provide medication reminders, support ambulation and transportation, and offer companionship to clients dealing with medical illnesses and age-related complications. Follow established care plans and complete daily documentation and charting. Work under the supervision of the Care Coordinator with flexible shifts ranging from 4 to 12 hours. PPE is provided, and ongoing shifts allow for building close relationships with clients.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Care Aide Certificate or equivalent
- Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
- Ability to travel around location territory
- Access to internet/mobile phone
