Job Summary
Provide non-medical assistance and companionship to seniors, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support. Issue medication reminders, run household errands, and assist with grocery shopping and meal preparation. Help clients with transportation to doctor's appointments and light housekeeping tasks. Maintain a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for client travel. Complete paid training and pass background checks to join the evening shift team at Right at Home York.
Required Qualifications
- 18+ years old
- Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs without assistance
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English as required for the job
- Valid Driver's License
- Proof of auto insurance
- Reliable vehicle
- Passing criminal background check
- Passing drug screening
