Job Summary
In-home support and care: assist clients with personal care tasks (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting), help with mobility and transfers, prepare meals per dietary needs, perform light housekeeping (cleaning, laundry, organizing spaces), provide companionship and emotional support, monitor health and report changes, assist with medication reminders under supervision, maintain accurate care records, and ensure client safety and independence.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in home care or related field is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions carefully
- Reliable, compassionate, and patient demeanor
- Ability to pass background checks and meet state requirements for caregiving
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
