Job Summary
Home Care Worker providing home help and personal care to aged clients in Gympie and surrounding suburbs. Responsibilities include general housekeeping (making beds, cleaning, mopping, vacuuming, laundry, meal preparation, grocery shopping) and personal care (getting clients out of bed, assisting with mobility and therapy goals, dementia care, social and emotional support, transport to activities). Requires a valid Australian driver’s licence and own insured vehicle, with 3–6 months’ experience in a similar role; accelerated learning programs (Cert 3) and paid CPR/First Aid courses offered. Casual role with view to permanent part-time, with benefits and salary packaging options.
