Home Care Support Worker - Rutherglen

Conduct in-home support services for aged care customers, assisting with daily tasks such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and personal care including showering, toileting, and feeding. Facilitate transportation and social outings for appointments and shopping while building relationships with clients and families through ongoing observations and training. Requires a current Australian driver's license, reliable insured vehicle, and availability for Monday to Friday rosters.
