Home Care Supervisor - Case Manager Eastside (Bellevue?Kirkland Territory)

Lead and oversee an in-home care caseload on the Eastside (Bellevue/Kirkland territory) from the Northgate Office. Supervise and coordinate caregivers, schedule coverage, support caregiver recruitment in partnership with HR, conduct caregiver performance reviews and annual evaluations, complete client assessments, oversee new starts of care, address caregiver concerns and performance issues, audit billing and timekeeping, assist with caregiver orientation and training, maintain accurate client documentation, respond to client/family concerns, conduct home visits and satisfaction surveys, participate in community outreach and partnerships, and provide on-call coverage including after-hours support.
