Job Summary
Home Health Speech Language Pathologist (Per-Diem) provides in-home speech, voice, language, hearing, and swallowing services, participates in development and review of the Plan of Treatment and Plan of Care, conducts assessments and diagnoses, administers and interprets diagnostic tests, documents progress, educates patients and families, coordinates care and discharge planning, and maintains confidentiality in a home-health setting. Requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and Home Health experience. Pay per visit; role is part of Humana's CenterWell Home Health operations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum six months experience as a speech therapist / speech language pathologist
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Home Health experience
