Job Summary
Schedule and supervise in-home care workers and clients within a geographic area; creates and manages client schedules, provides alternate coverage to ensure the care plan is followed, conducts client wellness calls and home visits, handles escalated complaints, and supervises direct service staff while ensuring compliance with policies and HIPAA; requires high school diploma or equivalent and 1 year administrative experience; Spanish bilingual preferred; travel within Pima County.
