Home Care Service Coordinator (Scheduler) - Bilingual

Job Summary
Coordinate and supervise in-home care workers and clients within a geographic area. Create and manage work schedules, adjust for client requests, illness, vacations, and leaves; provide alternate coverage to follow care plans; conduct client wellness calls and home visits as required; address escalated complaints and theft claims; supervise direct service staff to meet company policies; maintain a professional, Confidential branch environment and ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA, Medicare/Medicaid). Requires high school diploma or equivalent, 1 year of administrative experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, Microsoft Word/Excel and scheduling software proficiency, and reliable transportation for travel within the service area.
Required Qualifications

- 1 year of administrative experience required
- Interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
- Computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Scheduling program.
- Must have reliable transportation - travel within Pima County
